$350 Food Vendor - 8’ table with 1 chair

$170 Non-food Vendor - 8’ table with 1 chair

$115 Parent/Alumni Vendor - 8’ table with 1 chair

$40 Current Student Vendor - 8’ table with 1 chair

Please read the following terms carefully: 1. All fees and fee deadlines are as indicated above. Payment instructions will be given upon acceptance. Fee can be paid via credit card only. No cash or checks are accepted. 2. Vendor applications are due by the deadline indicated above. Late applications are not accepted. 3. CWS will not provide electrical power or tents. Vendors may bring their own tents measuring up to 10’x10’. Generators are not permitted. 4. Food Vendors are required to use only compostable materials to their distribute food; Alternatively, Food Vendors are welcome to use compost and/or reusable products supplied by the school. 5. By tabling at CWS May Fair, Vendors agree to being assigned table space on and/or around surfaces that make up the outdoor playground, including, but not limited to, mulch, woodchips, blacktop, cement, etc. 6. Selling merchandise depicting media-related images is not acceptable. CWS reserves the right to determine vendors/products that will best fit our community.
