May Fair Planning Meetings
Are you interested in being part of the team that plans one of the most cherished events at CWS? Join us in bringing this year’s May Fair to life! This celebration brings our community together, and we need your creativity and energy to make it a memorable success. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet new faces, contribute to our school, and be part of something truly special.
Pentathlon Laurel Crown Making
Join us for Pentathlon Laurel Crown Making on Wednesday, April 29 from 8:15 to 10:00am. Parents will craft traditional laurel crowns in preparation for the Pentathlon, which is one of the most exciting moments of the 5th grade year.
Flower Crown Making Workshop
Join us Thursday, May 7th from 5-8pm for an adults-only evening of creativity and community as we craft beautiful flower crowns using fresh blooms. Enjoy beverages and light snacks while you create. All crowns made will be sold at our May Fair as part of a special fundraiser. Open to all adults in the community.

Crafting Sessions

Join us Tuesdays after drop off from 10/21 to 12/9 to help turn our building into a winter wonderland! We need volunteers to make crafts for Children’s House and decorations throughout the school. You’ll be making magic happen!
Sewing Club
Sewing Club will meet on Wednesdays from 1:30–3:00 pm in the 2nd floor handwork room, beginning October 15 through December 10. Parent and alumni parent volunteers will come together to sew and create beautiful handmade items for the CWS Market at the Holiday Fair on Saturday, December 13.

Oktoberfest Setup
We’re gearing up for our festive Oktoberfest celebration, and we need your help! Join us for an afternoon of setting up tents, arranging food stations, and getting everything ready for a fantastic community evening. It’s a great way to meet fellow families, pitch in, and be part of the excitement before the event begins.
