Born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, Robert has always excelled at and enjoyed math. Coupling this with his interest in technology and problem solving, he received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois in Champaign. While there, he studied abroad in France and Argentina for a semester each. After graduation, he realized that engineering as a profession wasn't for him and found education to be where his true passion lies. He has taught at tutoring centers for several years before joining us at CWS as a full-time faculty member in 2010. He teaches math in eighth grade and the high school as well as coaching the math team. He is also the Class of 2015 class advisor.
