I first encountered Waldorf education 25 years ago as a parent as my son entered the early childhood program at the Chicago Waldorf satellite in Evanston.  I have had the privilege of watching my three children blossom from early childhood through high school and beyond.  I am more convinced of the wise investment in Waldorf education as I continue to see the gifts unfold in my family.

I have been active in the Chicago Waldorf School for most of that time-first, as a parent volunteer and more recently as a parent-child teacher. I was one of the founding members of the Great Oaks School and taught Parent-Baby class there.  I began working at the Chicago Waldorf School as an assistant to Christine Culbert in the Parent-Child Program. From 2001-2006 I was a lead teacher in the program and had the good fortune of working with Susan Bruck and other wonderful colleagues. I am thrilled to be back at Chicago Waldorf School and will be working in the Early Childhood Center (a Parent-Child and Early Childhood program being launched in Lincoln Square).
