Alberto Correa joined the Chicago Waldorf School faculty in 2008 and currently teaches Spanish in grades 7 and 8 as well as two levels in the High School. He is also the Foreign Exchange Program Coordinator. Alberto is a native of Colombia with a B.A. degree in Advertising from the University of Bogotá and a B.A. in Graphic Design from the National University of Colombia. He published a magazine in Margarita Island for 8 years and, during his time in Florida, an in-flight magazine for one of the most important air carriers from South America. He already attended two Summer Intensives and is about to complete his Foundation Year at Arcturus Rudolf Steiner Education Program. He also attended two Foreign Language Summer conferences in the Center for Anthroposophy in Wilton, New Hampshire, and the Teaching Spanish in the Middle School Summer intensive conference at the Rudolf Steiner College in Sacramento, California.
