After our quiz on Valley Forge and Benedict Arnold, the class discussed the weekend reading about life on the frontier during the American Revolution. Your homework for Wednesday is to read the article (pgs. 237 - 254) I handed out in class about several key battles in the southern colonies. Read the article closely, because we will have a short reading quiz on this material tomorrow morning. I am concerned that some of you may not be giving your reading assignments the attention they deserve.
I also encourage you to spend about one hour each night in preparing your block book. Remember that these books are due to me this Friday, no exceptions. We went over all of the entries I expect to appear in your book. Each of you has something you can be working on in your book. Finally, we will review the entire block on Thursday and take the block final on Friday.
