Today we completed our look at the life of Voltaire before turning our attention to the reading from Candide. For tonight, read chapters 17 - 21 and be prepared for a short quiz on the material tomorrow. In addition, please write an outline of Voltaire's life based upon the notes you took in class. Bring two copies of your outline to school, one to share with the class and one to turn in to me. The outline we create tomorrow will serve as the framework you will use when writing your five-paragraph biography. This biography will be due on Friday.
