PSAT on Sat. Oct. 20th
The PSAT is a practice test which will help to prepare students for college testing. It is also used to determine National Merit Scholars. Those students who consistently score above the 90th percentile on standardized tests may find that they have an opportunity to continue in the National Merit competition. The PSAT is not required for college admission and colleges do not receive PSAT scores. However, the PSAT is a graduation requirement for CWHS students (unless on foreign exchange) and is mandatory for all 10th & 11th grade students. Please see the attached letter which was sent home to all 10th and 11th grade families.
